Dear Parents and Rockingham Residents,
The Article 6 Committee of the Rockingham School Board has been charged with the task of making recommendations concerning the future of our middle school facility and the education of the students in those grades . After 18 months of study, the committee recently voted to proceed with the recommendation to renovate the existing facility on School Street in Bellows Falls.
This letter is a request to residents of Rockingham to consider volunteering to join the committee to bring needed expertise to our group. At this time we are researching firms that would bring the necessary architecture and engineering expertise to develop the initial plans that will lead to an estimate of the cost to do the renovations. Specifically we are looking for people with engineering, architectural design, legal and banking/finance backgrounds.
