Homework Students should be reading twenty to thirty minutes a night in a book of their choice.
Students are receiving grades for different styles of writing. Any piece with a grade of C- or lower may be rewritten for a higher grade.
This week 7th grade students are learning about different styles of writing. Students will be working on expository paragraphs. If they finish early, they will start working on comparing paragraphs.
8th grade students are reviewing different styles of writing; this week it is expository . They are working on pushing the length of their written products and will be taking notes to use for their writing.
Students are now reading books of their choice in class!
