Bonjour.  Hola.  Hello.  My name is Roger Dubé.  I have been  teaching French and Spanish at BFUHS since 2006 when my predecessor, Peter Grabowski, left to teach French at Keene State College.  For the past several years,  I have also been teaching afternoons at the Bellows Falls Middle School to seventh and eighth graders.

Prior to coming to Bellows Falls, I taught French and Spanish at Keene High School in New Hampshire for 25 years.  Before coming to Keene, I taught for nine years at Fitchburg High School in Massachusetts after spending three years in the U.S. Army with one of those years in Vietnam. Prior to my military service, right out of my undergraduate school,  I spent a year and a half teaching French and Spanish at Nashua High School in New Hampshire.

I received my B.A. in French from St. Anselm's College in Manchester, New Hampshire; my Masters degree in French from Middlebury College in Vermont, and my M.Ed. from Rivier College in Nashua, N.H.  I hope all of this training and learning has helped me become a better teacher.

At the Keene Middle School this school year (2011-2012), period 6, I am teaching a French 1 course to eighth graders, and, for period 7 for all three trimesters, I am teaching World Cultures to seventh graders.

If you wish to contact me by phone, the high school number is (802) 463-3944, voice mail extension 264.  My email address is: rdube@wnesu.net.

Thank you.  Merci.  Muchas gracias.  Salvete.
